Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 tbsp dextrose
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 210 deg C
- Line a baking tray with cooking paper
- Mix flour, baking powder, dextrose and salt in a bowl
- Add oil and milk and mix well
- Work dough with some flour until smooth
- Roll the dough 1-2 cm thick
- Use a circle cookie cutter to cut out the scones
- Place on lined tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.
